"The award we were given today for the project in Veľká Ide is extremely prestigious. We won the competition of the most important development companies. I would like to thank the entire team that participated in the project. We have shown that, in addition to the responsible management of existing parks, we are able to carry out new development in accordance with the highest standards and at the same time bring interesting architectural elements to otherwise somewhat dull, industrial buildings. Especially the administrative part of the building is comparable in its architectural solution to purely office buildings of the highest category," said Lubor Svoboda, co-founder of the Arete Group.
"We are the only company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to implement new construction directly in our investment funds. By guaranteeing the quality and implementation of the project on time and within the approved budget, we bring our own development team. We also have a very strong perception of our environmental and social responsibility at the site of our projects. Therefore, for example, within this project, we implemented a playground as a gift for the municipality of Veľká Ida. "
The new complex in Košice
A set of two specialized production halls for Steelcon Slovakia, which is part of the Danish Dominion Steelcon group focused on the production of steel chimneys, grew up in the Veľká Ida industrial zone. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Košice and has long been in the sights of foreign manufacturing companies.
"Steelcon Slovakia, which belongs to the Dominion group, is a very stable and globally growing company. To date, it has supplied more than 6,500 industrial steel chimneys worldwide, making it one of the world's leaders in the industry. The entire Dominion Group operates in 35 countries and employs over 9,000 people. The key fields include industry, energy, infrastructure and telecommunications," stressed Lubor Svoboda.
Investments in this construction amounted to 13 million euros and confirm the attractiveness of the Slovak investment market. The construction itself was completed on time and in the specified quality in the years 2019 to 2020, despite the obstacles caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
