Ivan Šimo became the Executive Director of CTP Slovakia

Ivan Šimo started his career at CTP Slovakia as a project manager and for more than five years as Construction Director he confirmed his skills in the field of construction management. His work contributed to the growth and success of the company and he now takes on its strategic leadership.

“Leading CTP Slovakia is not only a professional step for me, but also a huge responsibility. I will draw on my previous experience and a strong team of experts who are behind the company’s successes. My goal is to strengthen our leading position and continue to set standards in the market,” says the new Managing Director of CTP Slovakia.

Under the leadership of Ivan Šimo, CTP Slovakia plans to expand its portfolio of leasable areas. Currently, the CTP Slovakia land database has the potential to build more than 1 million m² of leasable area, according to the company. However, its development will not only concern expansion, Ivan Šimo also emphasizes the importance of flexibility and adaptation to market needs. “Our strategy combines growth with supporting the creativity and expertise of our team. We want to remain innovative, adaptable and always one step ahead of client expectations.”

Under the leadership of the new Managing Director, CTP Slovakia will focus on further introducing technologies that differentiate the company on the market. The main priorities include the digitalization of processes, the integration of virtual reality and artificial intelligence, which will increase the efficiency and quality of projects.

“Our goal is to bring not only technically perfect solutions, but also to push the boundaries in the field of modern approaches to construction. This will allow us to better understand the needs of our clients and offer them top-notch services,” explains Ivan Šimo.
