The rest will be roads or parking spaces reserved for employees.

"In the logistics center, there will be multi-purpose halls intended for rental and storage, for example electrical appliances, audio-video technology, household appliances, office supplies, computers and their components, consumer goods, construction materials, food," the plan states further.

The halls should also be used for distribution, light production, assembly, business activities and services. The territory is situated on the right side of the D4 highway in the direction of Austria, near the existing intersection Bratislava-Podunajské Biskupice – Exit 13.

The main reason for the location of the proposed activity is the integration of the site into the city structure. The development and growth of the cities around Bratislava is associated with an increase in requirements for the provision of services, logistics, light manufacturing and civic amenities.
