The financing partner of both projects is the mutual fund 365.invest Capital FKI, which is managed by the management company 365.invest. It is a Slovak company that is part of the 365.bank group. The developer has already completed a project in the Austrian village - Logistics Park Kittssee. "Several players in logistics development showed interest in the project, the result was a successful sale to CTP," explained the investor.

In Podunajské Biskupice, Blueprint is responsible for the project of building a logistics center with two separate halls and the associated campus infrastructure. In the center, there will be multi-purpose halls intended for rent and storage, but also for distribution and business activities. Administrative spaces and technical facilities will also be located in the hall buildings. Transport infrastructure and green areas will also be part of them.

The first hall will offer 29,000 square meters of rentable space, and the second 17,000 square meters. The planned start of construction is in the third quarter of 2025, the logistics center should be put into operation a year later. Estimated investment costs are 50 million euros.

The use of the logistics hall in Crovatsky Grob will also be intended for the storage of goods or for light production and assembly. The building will also include administrative premises, technical facilities and transport infrastructure. The total area of ​​the complex is 173,000 square meters, the hall will have 74,000 square meters of rentable space. The start of construction is planned for the second quarter of next year, operation should start a year later. The developer here expects costs of 70 million euros.
