It was added to its portfolio in 2020 and the group was able to transform it from an inefficiently managed area to the Vlčie hrdlo Business Park complex within 18 months. There was a massive investment in technical infrastructure, we managed to increase revenues by a quarter and the success of rent collection reached 100%.
