We are a spanish logistic operator, and nowadays we are in the process of opening our headquarter in Slovakia, in Bratislava. For that, we are looking for a Warehouse there for our develops supply chain processes.
We would appreciate if you can help us in our search.
We indicate below the characteristics of the warehouse we are looking for:
• Location: Bratislava area. (the radio from Bratislava could be up to 100 km
• The surface of Warehouse must be from 5,000 to 7,000 m2 and it must include office space.
• Ideally it would be that the height of the Warehouse was more than 8 meters
• Availability would be for September 2020.
• We would like to know what the price (€/m2 ) includes (such as maintenance, legal costs, surveillance, etc.)
