Hello, we are looking to relocate part of our production facilities in Slovakia.
We would like to place a production line and storage space in the warehouse.
The warehouse should have at least 14 meters of clear height (15 meters is ideally). It should have access to industrial water and availability for reconstruction (installation of the production line).
Area of production facility - 500 m2
Area of storage - 500~1200 m2
Sanitary area - 50 m2
Office probably 50 m2 ( not compulsory)
The required power of electricity - 1 mW (megawatt), 1000 kWt (kilowatt)
Renting period - long term, absolute minimum - 5 years, available for rent immediately, however, we can wait a couple of months if it is needed!
Location - priority Prešov, but entire Slovakia is acceptable!
