The property is located outside the village of Trenčianské Stankovce (Sedličná) near the Vaillant complex.​

The hall itself is composed of two skins, more precisely the outer skin of 80 mm PUR panels with an aluminum coating. The storage space is composed of PUR panels with a thickness of 160 mm to increase the thermal stability of the property.​

Currently, there are no technologies or heating or cooling in the storage or handling areas.​

Office spaces, accommodation spaces are air-conditioned with a central heat pump, while employee changing rooms, dining areas and toilets are equipped with the appropriate heat source.

The area is secured by a sliding metal gate and is equipped with a camera system

The property is connected to the city sewer and water supply, but at the same time it also has its own well for watering grassy areas or cleaning storage areas or if technical water is needed.

Rainwater is channeled into infiltration tanks, which are placed under the concrete surface in front of the hall.
