This follows from the intention that the company Kiss Develop has submitted for environmental impact assessment (EIA) in recent days.

"The purpose of the building is to build storage spaces for individual tenants who need to use such spaces. The warehouse spaces will be used for tenants/tenants who show interest," he states in the plan.

The logistics center is to consist of two separate buildings. The built-up area of both halls together should represent more than 19,600 square meters. There should be 20 parking spaces for cars. Truck parking is not considered in the area.

The proposer expects a maximum of 26 workers for administrative activities and 28 workers for activities in the logistics center itself.
