According to the developer, the new buildings will serve as small distribution centers, e-shops, operations for small businesses, production and services, or for direct purchase in warehouses. The project was submitted for environmental impact assessment (EIA) in September last year. Today it has a valid decision without further assessment, informs the YMBA portal. There were no objections from the concerned authorities or the public, which probably contributed to the relatively quick assessment process.
Alto also received a binding opinion from the city, which confirmed compliance with the city's spatial plan. The new complex will return the buildings to their original use. The complex will consist of three sales warehouses with a total area of more than 26,000 m2, divided into rental units, each with an area of around 500 m2. Building A will contain 22 units, building B 7 and building C 10. Each warehouse will have an entrance, pedestrian access and parking spaces.
The expected construction start date is in the last quarter of 2025, and the operation could start a year later. Estimated costs reach 24 million euros.
