As part of the project called Store.to, the investor will build three retail warehouses with a total area of more than 25,000 square meters. The project focuses on offering flexible warehouse space that meets the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, e-shops, distribution centers, and manufacturing operations. Individual warehouse spaces start at 450 m2 and are designed to adapt to specific client requirements.
Each warehouse will be equipped with an entrance, parking spaces, and pedestrian access. The central part of the complex will feature a recreation area with greenery, benches, and bicycle racks, which will support the sustainability of the project and a high-quality public space. The planned urban warehouse and suburban logistics complex will benefit from good highway connections.
“Based on market analysis and communication with our customers, we perceive a long-term shortage of flexible and modern warehouse space in urban areas. "This is exactly the type of product we want to offer our clients," said Ján Bryndza, sales director at Alto Real Estate.
