Mountpark Bratislava aims to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and creates a working environment that is not only modern, but also adapted to the needs of employees. The project continues the tradition of successful Mountpark parks across Europe, including projects in Poland and the Mountpark Sereď logistics center in Slovakia, where tenants include Amazon, Samsung and Lidl.
Michal Cerulík, head of industrial and logistics at CBRE, which brokered the lease between Alza and Mountpark, said: “The project faced tight deadlines and demanding technical requirements. Our coordination across several teams ensured a smooth handover of the premises on the agreed date and created an opportunity for Alza to further develop thanks to the convenient location of Mountpark Bratislava."
The logistics park Mountpark Bratislava consists of two buildings. Building A still has 21,338 m² for rent, while building B offers another 33,207 m². The project includes parking for trucks, spacious handling areas with a depth of up to 51 meters, efficient transport infrastructure within the area, charging stations for electric cars and modern office spaces.
