In the medium term, the ANTRACIT group plans significant development of its development projects not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Slovakia. "The growth of the entire development group is to be supported by the appointment of a new director, other project experts from the field of development and the adjustment of the organizational structure," says Jan Hasík, CEO of the international development group ANTRACIT and chairman of the board of the construction group HSF System.

Zuzana Bajgarová takes over the position of director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. "Zuzana Bajgarová brings to the group, in addition to many years of experience and professional competence, also great work commitment and the ability to manage large international projects from start to finish," added J. Hasík.

In Slovakia, at the ANTRACIT Prešov location, a ready plan offers warehouses, showrooms or stores, and negotiations are currently underway with potential interested parties. For the next ANTRACIT Senec project, the documentation for the EIA stage and zoning procedure is being completed. ANTRACIT Senec is located in the area of the most important logistics park in Senec with excellent visibility and accessibility from Pezinská cesta. The project has a valid building permit and is ready for implementation, including possible client modifications.

"Together with development teams in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we will also continue to develop sustainable, digital and innovative solutions in accordance with ESG principles in all our current and planned projects," adds Zuzana Bajgarová.

The ANTRACIT group recently completed the ANTRACIT PorubkaPoint project in Ostrava, in which the largest and most modern bouldering center in the Moravian-Silesian region, called HANGAR, is a long-term tenant. In the attractive location of Považský Chlmec in Žilina, the ANTRACIT Spot Žilina project is underway - the construction of a facility for a gymnastics and parkour academy with a planned opening at the beginning of 2024.

"Both projects are an example of the complex development activity of the ANTRACIT group, and what is interesting about them is the fact that originally industrial buildings provide high-quality and long-term facilities for service clients, as well as their own club base, as well as attractive sports facilities for the general public. The individual approach to the needs of clients and the diversity of the portfolio are the elements on which we want to continue to build ANTRACIT and expand it for the time being in the Czech Republic and Slovakia," says Zuzana Bajgarová, director of the international development group ANTRACIT for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The diversity of the portfolio is also evidenced by other projects that ANTRACIT is preparing. In the Czech Republic, the preparation of the VÁCLAV multi-functional building project in the very center of Ostrava, which will offer premium office space, residential and commercial units, continues. The ANTRACIT Livia project focuses on the construction of family houses - intelligent wooden buildings with integrated photovoltaics and a control system. In Pilsen and Ústí nad Labem, ANTRACIT revitalizes brownfields into modern business facilities.
