"This is one of the largest industrial and logistics parks in the region. The BHM Group continues to expand in the area of investments in commercial and industrial real estate with the aim of building a strong and modern portfolio of European scale in this segment," said BHM Group Executive Director Jan Černý to the Seznamzpravy.cz portal.
The holding already owns a logistics park in Dunajská Streda in Slovakia. The BHM Group owns and operates other logistics centers in Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia and also operates in other areas of the real estate market. A year ago, the holding bought ten shopping parks in Poland for 40.6 million euros.
In addition to real estate, BHM also operates in the field of renewable energy sources, and the investment company is also active in the healthcare segment. This spring, for example, it bought the German operating room equipment manufacturer Medifa.
