The recently vacated space of 10,000 m2 in Garba Park Senec, managed for the real estate investment and asset manager Union Investment, was occupied by the logistics company Würth International Trading. Garbe Park Senec near Bratislava is a sought-after location due to its location and strong demand, comparable to the demand for logistics parks in the Rudná and Horní Počernice areas near Prague.
"Our industrial parks represent investments with high growth potential. We have built several locations in Central and Eastern Europe with a focus on sustainable requirements, top technical equipment and very good accessibility. Even though we took over the site in Senec as existing, its attractiveness is confirmed by the quick rental of recently vacated premises by the Würth company," says Martin Stratov, Country Head for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at Garba.
"Four years ago, we first expanded to the Czech and Slovak markets, then to Poland and recently to Romania. All our campuses in development or under construction are already fully occupied. These are primarily manufacturing or logistics companies for which we are able to build custom-made premises that meet their needs. In a short time, we also managed to rent buildings that we built speculatively," adds Martin Stratov.
Garbe currently operates industrial parks in České Budějovice and Klášterec nad Ohří in the Czech Republic. In Slovakia, it owns industrial sites in Senec and in Poland, newly built parks in Wrocław and Poznań. In Romania, Garbe focuses on the development of other prospective industrial projects.
