The logistics park should be located approximately two kilometers southeast of the center of Sládkovičovo. In the submitted proposal, the investor explained that in addition to the logistics and storage center, the allocated parts of the halls could also be used for light harmless industrial production such as assembly work and completion activities on products, for example for the automotive industry.

"The functions located in the campus will require the arrival of long-haul trucks, as well as the access of small and medium-sized trucks to provide local and regional service," the investor explained, noting that gradual, phased construction is being considered. The expected start of construction is currently set at the end of 2025.

Both halls are to be used for a separate tenant. The floor area of ​​the administrative part of the first hall should be 1,615 square meters, the storage area should be almost 23,000 square meters. The second hall is to be larger, the floor area of ​​the administrative part is to be almost 4,400 square meters, the warehouse part is to have an area of ​​almost 62,000 square meters. Estimated investment costs are approximately 80 million euros.

The District Office in Galant legally decided that the proposed activity will not be assessed according to the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment."Therefore, it is possible to apply for a permit for the mentioned activity according to special regulations," the office's decision states.
