C.S.Cargo Slovakia expanded premises in P3 Košice and extended the lease in P3 Žilina

The leading developer and long-term owner of logistics real estate in Europe, P3 Logistic Parks, has acquired another long-term tenant, the logistics company C.S.CARGO Slovakia, which leased an additional 2,700 m2 of warehouse space in the P3 Košice park to support its expansion in the east of Slovakia. This step followed the extension of the lease for another three years in the P3 Žilina park.

The industrial park with Volvo is preparing new transport connections and an air line

Connecting the Valalika strategic park to roads and railways will require approximately 175 million euros in two phases. An air connection between Sweden and Košice is also planned. New logistics park Opatovce - Trenčín

Design office STAT-KON s.r.o. is currently working on a project for a new logistics park in Opatovce near Trenčín. The park consists of 3 main buildings with a total area of 51,650 m2 on an area of 23.7 hectares.
