VGP is building another hall for Continental Tires in Bratislava

Continental Tires will expand its existing premises by another 11,000 m². The total leasable area of ​​the park will reach 404,000 m2, making it one of the largest VGP parks in Europe.

VGP Park Bratislava welcomes new tenants: Coca-Cola and Hossa Family lease a total of 16,419 m2

VGP, the owner, manager, and developer of semi-industrial and logistics real estate has prepared space for two new tenants in its VGP Park Bratislava in the municipality of Bernolákovo just several minutes’ drive from the capital city. Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic and Slovakia and Hossa Family have become a part of the park’s first phase. Coca-Cola, the world-renowned producer and distributer of non-alcoholic beverages, has leased a total of 8,800 m2. Coca-Cola has already started full operations of non-alcoholic beverages storage and distribution. In summer, Hossa Family will start to use space totalling over 7,600 m2 to store and distribute refrigerated and frozen food products. The new warehouse was built to the green certification level BREEAM Excellent.

Construction of VGP Park Zvolen has started, VGP will first prepare a warehouse hall for Packeta Slovakia

VGP, owner, manager and developer of high-quality semi-industrial and logistics real estate is expanding in the regions. After concluding an agreement with logistics company Packeta Slovakia on future lease of 2,500 m2 of warehouse space, VGP is starting with construction of the first warehouse in the new premises of VGP Park Zvolen in Banská Bystrica Region. It will be built on the northwest border of the city, less than 1 km from the R1 Bratislava – Zvolen expressway with direct connection to the I-66 motorway (Zvolen – Banská Bystrica). Preparation work at the site of 10.2 hectares has just been launched. The first warehouse will make available 8,100 m2 of lettable area: Packeta Slovakia will use 2,500 m2 and the remaining 5,600 m2 of the building are being considered by other potential tenants. The first warehouse is scheduled for completion in the 3rd quarter of 2023.

VGP's strong operating performance led to a net profit of EUR 153.1 million

VGP NV, a European provider of high-end logistics and semi-industrial real estate, has announced results for the first half of the year ended June 30, 2022. A strong operating performance led to a net profit of €153.1 million. In addition, EUR 35.4 million in signed and renewed leases was achieved for the first half of 2022, resulting in a total year-on-year rental income of EUR 281.1 million (+9.7% year-to-date) .

Geis SK: New branch in Triblavin

Like the entire Geis group, Geis SK is still strong and growing. Therefore, at the end of the year, the current Slovak branch will move from Senec to new premises in the logistics VGP Park Bratislava. It is located in the Triblavina area, just a few minutes from Bratislava.
