VGP, a pan-European owner, manager and developer of semi-industrial and logistics properties, is implementing the construction of Hall “C” in VGP Park Bratislava. The new facility with a total leasable area of 47,000 m² will be built in two phases. The first part, Hall C1 with a size of 24,853 m², will be completed this May. The first confirmed tenant is Toptrans, which will use the modern warehouse space with an area of 3,418 m² supplemented by 356 m² of office space. Negotiations with other potential tenants are currently underway.
In more than thirty years of existence, Toptrans has built a position as a key player in the field of express transport and logistics. Since its establishment in 1993, it has been constantly expanding its operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It currently has an extensive network of 32 depots, 25 of which are located in the Czech Republic and 7 in Slovakia. The company stands out primarily for the speed and reliability of its services. Thanks to its modern fleet and sophisticated transport system, it can deliver shipments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia within 24 hours. In addition to express transport, it also offers comprehensive logistics solutions, including warehousing, distribution and packaging of goods.
“In the new premises that our colleagues from VGP are preparing for us, we want to offer our clients an even more comfortable environment for transporting their shipments and ensure a further shift in the quality of our logistics services,” says Daniela Koryntová, Chief Operating Officer of Toptrans EU.
VGP Park Bratislava is gradually becoming one of the largest VGP sites in Europe. Eleven modern halls with a total leasable area of 406,000 m² are to be built on a large plot of land measuring 925,000 m². The park is already home to many prestigious companies, including Continental, Coca-Cola, DIRKS, Geis SK and Packeta Slovakia. The new Hall “C” will only strengthen the position of this important industrial and logistics complex, which, due to its scale, represents one of the key projects in the VGP portfolio.
VGP Park Bratislava is located in the promising Triblavina location near the village of Bernolákovo. Its greatest advantage is its strategic location right next to the D1 highway, connecting Bratislava with Trnava, which provides tenants with several advantages: from excellent transport accessibility to an available workforce. Due to the direct connection to the highway network, the park is well connected not only to Bratislava, but also to important European cities such as Vienna and Győr. In addition, VGP allows the implementation of individual halls tailored to specific client requirements.
