As he added, the real estate division of the HOPI group will build a new facility with an area of 42,000 square meters in the Madunice area. The initial phase of 22,000 square meters will be commissioned in the second half of 2025. The new logistics hub will meet BREEAM certification standards.

"This top logistics hub will make our logistics operations more efficient, consolidate all flows under one roof and shift the growth trajectory of METRO Slovakia and HOPI EU Logistics.
