HOPI will build a new logistics hub in cooperation with Metro Slovakia

The first phase of the strategic project should be put into operation already in the second half of next year.

Jungheinrich presented its new range of EJC 1i electric trucks at LogiMAT 2024 in Stuttgart. Thanks to the use of lithium-ion batteries and a completely new construction, the trucks are characterized by extremely compact dimensions and a significantly higher residual capacity and performance.

CTP’s portfolio in Slovakia grew to 881 thousand sqm of gross lettable area. With a total industrial real estate market share of over 19%, it is the largest industrial developer in Slovakia. During the year, CTP concluded lease agreements for a record 211 thousand sqm in Slovakia. It also boasts an occupancy rate of 98.4%.
