After obtaining the building permit, the company started the construction of the third hall, which will house the production company of the global market leader in automotive technology, seats and electronic systems.
"At Panattoni, we are proud that our site will provide facilities for another important manufacturer. It is the sustainable industrial infrastructure that we strive for that creates the basis for a functioning economy throughout the country," said Panattoni Slovakia director Erik Ivaničko.
The layout of the hall is designed as a multimodal space, it is divided into four separate storage units. The start of operation is planned for the beginning of 2025.
"BHS Real Estate Fund reflects on the ongoing demand for logistics centers, which is why we decided to participate in this dynamically developing part of the real estate market. Thanks to the Panattoni Park Bratislava North project, the diversification of our existing portfolio increases, which will bring many benefits to our clients," said BHS REF CEO Pavel Borovička.
The financing of the construction of the next stage of the project is also possible thanks to cooperation with the Slovak Savings Bank, which is the financing bank.
